On my way up the stairs to the instructor training room at Merrithew Health & Fitness (Toronto Corporate Center) for my latest certification - Halo Training! For the past ten years I’ve been training with some of the most amazing lead and master instructors in STOTT PILATES. Last fall I had the opportunity to meet Moria Merrithew (Executive Director of Education). It is an honor to have met her, to see her teach, to hear her Q’s, and to be part of another excellent workshop in STOTT PILATES!
