Your safety is our #1 priority. Any use of equipment and/or props is prohibited without the Instructor.
arriving at the studio
When arriving in the studio please log-in and remove your shoes. It is recommended to arrive a few minutes before your class or session begins. For the courtesy of others please silence your cell phone. No food or drink is allowed on the studio floor.
what to wear
Any tops or bottoms that are breathable and comfortable. We recommend bare feet on the equipment and mat. Socks may be worn as an alternative.
what to bring
For hygienic purposes please bring your own mat for our group classes. We are happy to rent out a mat if needed. Water is provided; if you choose to bring your own water please be sure that the cap is on during your session.
If one of the participants in the duet cancels with more than 24 hours notice, the other participant may take a private session for an additional charge ($15) or cancel the duet. If one of the participants cancels late (less than 24 hours notice), the other participant may take a private session at no additional cost and the participant cancelling late is charged for the duet as scheduled.
monthly private packages
Monthly private packages have been designed to give the most committed members a great value. All monthly packages require a one year commitment, payed monthly. Monthly private package members are entitled to 52/104/156 sessions for one year following the purchase date. Sessions are not carried over to following year. In the event a session is missed you may reschedule at your convenience within the year. This is done to accommodate things that just "come up" in each of our daily lives (ie. going on a vacation, getting sick, etc...). Cancellation/rescheduling and refund policies below apply.
cancellation / rescheduling
For any last minute cancellations, full charge will apply. This is done to accommodate the studio and our clients. If you are on a monthly private package you are entitled to 52/104/156 sessions one year following your purchase date. In the event a session is missed you may reschedule at your convenience within the year.
We respect your privacy, however, we do require medical clearance in the event you are attending sessions and/or classes following an injury, pre/post pregnancy, etc...
All purchases are non-refundable, but are transferable to a family member. Packages expire one year from purchase date.
