Never have I been competitive but I did clinch on this opportunity in entering a world-wide Pilates Instructor Competition.  I did not realize that teaching while being video recorded would be much more challenging.  With the assistance and the support from a great client, doing this video not only boosted my confidence but reassured how important it is to be yourself (on or off camera).  My reasons in entering were not to win but to become a better instructor for my clients every day. I am so happy I did it!
